The Tissot PR 100 Quartz 24.5 Stainless Steel / Yellow Gold PVD / White / Bracelet takes a 6 mm strap: measure between the lugs and that is the only number you need. A dress watch by proportion: a slim leather strap, plain or lightly stitched, keeps the line clean. With a 23.6 mm case, a strap of medium thickness keeps the balance. Most straps here come with quick-release spring bars, so the swap takes a minute and no tool.
