Delivery

Standard tracked delivery costs €4.90 per order and is free when your product total reaches €50 after discounts, excluding delivery charges. Straps, tools and spares all count towards the threshold.

Available delivery destinations and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout. Items may arrive in separate parcels. We are not currently promising delivery to every country.

Returns and refunds

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving a reason.

To withdraw, tell us within those 14 days: write to [email protected] with your order number, or use the model withdrawal form in our terms of sale. We reply with the return address: send the items back to it within 14 days of telling us. Do not send an item to any other address shown on this site.

Return postage is paid by you. Send the items unused and in their original condition. You may be responsible for any loss in value caused by handling them beyond what is needed to check them.

We refund the price of the returned items within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal, using the payment method you used for the order. If you return the whole order, we also refund the standard delivery charge you paid. We may wait until we have received the items, or proof that you have sent them, before refunding.

A faulty or non-conforming item is covered by the legal guarantee of conformity for two years from delivery. Write to us with your order number and a description of the fault: in that case, we cover the return costs.

Check your strap fit

Check the exact watch reference, lug width and attachment type before choosing a strap. A matching width alone does not guarantee compatibility, especially with integrated bracelets or shaped end links. Ask us if you are unsure or notice an incorrect measurement.

Purchases on Amazon

Watch links may take you to Amazon. Purchases made there are handled by the seller shown on Amazon, under the delivery and return terms shown there. Use your Amazon order history for tracking, cancellation and return requests. Straps01 does not sell or ship those watches.
