Shipping

Straps ship from our partner workshops. [Delivery time: 15 to 30 days, tracked.] The delivery estimate and the cost are shown before you pay.

[Shipping cost: €X, free above €Y.] Spring bars are included with every strap.

Returns

[You have 30 days from delivery to change your mind.] The strap must be unworn, with its spring bars. Write to [email protected] with your order number and we send you the return instructions.

Refunds go back to the payment method you used, within 14 days of receiving the return.

Wrong width?

Every strap page states its lug width, and every watch page states the width it takes. If you ordered from a watch page and the strap does not fit, tell us: that is on us.
