Who sells

Prices and payment

Prices are in euros, taxes included. Payment is taken when you order, by card through Stripe. We never see your card details.

Order and delivery

You receive a confirmation email, then a shipping email with tracking. See Shipping and returns for times and costs.

Right of withdrawal

[Consumers in the EU have 14 days after delivery to withdraw without giving a reason; we extend it to 30 days.] Return costs [are yours / are ours].

Warranty

Legal guarantee of conformity applies. A strap that arrives damaged or not as described is replaced or refunded.

Watches

We do not sell watches. Watch pages exist to find the straps that fit them; watch names and references belong to their manufacturers.
