The Longines PrimaLuna Quartz 30 Stainless Steel / Diamond / White / Bracelet takes a 7 mm strap: measure between the lugs and that is the only number you need. A dress watch by proportion: a slim leather strap, plain or lightly stitched, keeps the line clean. With a 30 mm case and 30 m of water resistance, a strap of medium thickness keeps the balance. Most straps here come with quick-release spring bars, so the swap takes a minute and no tool.
